Prop CRM buying FAQs

Are these our Prop CRM monthly prices?

Yes. Prop CRM Starter is $1,000/month, Standard $2,000/month, and Enterprise is priced by written quotation. This is Prop CRM software pricing, separate from TRADE OS trading platform licences.

What is counted as an active account?

A challenge, trial or funded account that is active under the contracted account-definition and measurement period. Exceeding the package band must have a defined upgrade path.

Is there a setup fee?

The stated commercial starting term includes a $1,000 one-time setup / installation / migration fee on the first invoice. Scope and exceptional migration costs must be agreed before purchase.

How much for another trading platform connector?

The published commercial term is $250 per additional platform integration. Supported vendors, versions, platform permissions and any recurring external costs require confirmation.

What does the lifetime option mean?

A 15-month upfront subscription equivalent is the described lifetime licence option. It is not an unconditional transfer of source code, hosting or permanent external support. Obtain a written lifetime schedule.

Does the Prop CRM include a trading-platform licence?

No. Prop CRM, TRADE OS and MT5/MetaQuotes are separate rights and may involve distinct contracts, authorizations and costs.

These are our Prop CRM public package prices following our commercial positioning. Specific platform rights, active-account definitions, API support, migration costs and lifetime licence rights require signed terms. No claim of affiliation with a reference vendor is made.

Trading platform integration

Connect your Prop CRM to MT5 or TRADE OS.

Connect evaluation rules to authorized account and trade events. TRADE OS is our independent trading-platform option. MT5 requires a genuine MetaQuotes licence, API access and scope acceptance.

Starting integration terms

One baseline platform connection scoped with the CRM offer; additional connections $250 each from published starting terms. Supplier licences, custom API work and recurring platform subscriptions are separate.

From brief to acceptance

A five-stage Prop CRM launch and migration plan.

01

Define challenge business rules

Record trial/evaluation/funded phases, daily reset, timezone, prohibited strategies, breach appeals and payout conditions.

Acceptance: Versioned challenge/risk policy signed off by operator.

02

Choose product tier & trade platform

Select Starter 500 or Standard 2,500 active accounts, or Enterprise. Validate MT5 manager/API rights or dedicated TRADE OS integration.

Acceptance: Written licence and integration responsibility matrix.

03

Configure CRM, cashier & branding

Set branded trader cabinet, email flows, coupons, affiliate programmes, KYC, rules and settlement workflows.

Acceptance: Sandbox users, role controls and branded screens approved.

04

Replay risk and payout acceptance

Test equity/drawdown edge cases, delayed trades, refunds, violation events, payout liabilities and account state changes.

Acceptance: Signed UAT result matrix and no unresolved critical mismatches.

05

Controlled launch & support

Reconcile active challenges and source data if migrating, appoint on-call owners, complete recovery rehearsal and sign off launch.

Acceptance: Incident escalation, rollback and data export agreed.

A fast CRM configuration may be feasible, but live-trade platform authorization, data migration, PSP onboarding and funded-account reconciliation can extend the schedule. A supplier marketing timeline is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Prop CRM migration

Move your existing challenge business without losing the ledger.

A migration plan must preserve trader identities, accounts, challenge rules, phase history, violations, refunds, funded transitions, payouts and IB earnings. Do not commit without a dry run and recoverable rollback.

Prop CRM buyer questions

Questions worth resolving before signing.

Account capacity, MT5 rights, TRADE OS pricing, rule-engine testing, source-code ownership, cloud/server options and payout liability should all be documented.

Ask for proposal details
01Is MetaTrader 5 or TRADE OS included in Prop CRM licence?

No. Prop CRM software is commercially separate from MetaQuotes MT5 server licensing and TRADE OS trading platform subscription. MT5 accounts require authorized API access; TRADE OS needs its own signed package. One baseline platform connection can be scoped, but independent trading rights are never implied.

02How does the Prop CRM connect to MT5?

A permitted MT5 Manager/API integration maps challenge accounts and statuses, trade events, balance and equity, breach rules and payout approvals. We verify version, entitlements, access boundaries, synchronization frequency, retries and reconciliation.

03Can TRADE OS replace an unrelated trading-platform integration?

TRADE OS is a separately sold proprietary platform option; for a prop firm's own platform package, the CRM can be scoped to TRADE OS challenge and trader account workflows. This does not make TRADE OS a MetaQuotes-branded product.

04What features are included in Starter and Standard?

Both target a common feature specification: configurable evaluations, risk rules, payouts, trader dashboard, IB/affiliate tools, challenge reporting and one baseline trading-platform connector. The contracted active-account capacity is Starter 500 or Standard 2,500.

05What does a one-time setup and migration cost?

Published Prop CRM setup, installation and standard migration scope begins at $1,000 on the first invoice. Material data repair, incompatible APIs, custom designs and unusual legacy rules are quoted in writing.

06How much does another MT5 or TRADE OS platform connector cost?

An additional trading-platform integration is listed at $250 under the starting scope, but a licence, new API features, hosting, data feeds and vendor/provider permissions are separate requirements.

07What does lifetime pricing buy?

The annual and lifetime selections show the 12-month and 15-month-upfront plan equivalents. Written terms must define the actual software licence duration, hosted infrastructure, updates, support, data portability and any third-party renewals.

08Can you migrate without suspending live evaluations?

Migration requires a verified source extract, account/challenge mapping, validation in staging, a cutover window, finance reconciliation and a rollback. Zero interruption is not guaranteed before acceptance testing.

09Do you guarantee 24/7 support or 99.9% uptime?

Not without a signed SLA and measured evidence. Each enterprise proposal must specify support hours, severity response, maintenance, backup, retention, uptime remedy and named hosting responsibility.
